I WANT TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

This option is valid only for changes of the same garment for size reasons, or because it is defective. In any other case, you must return the product and make a new purchase. Note: For hygiene and health protection purposes, you may not exchange masks or hair scarves. In addition, you may not exchange a garment that was the product of an exchange of a different garment.

From the time you received your G·LEM garment, you have 14 business days to make a return and the price depends on the destination:

- Spain Peninsula: 4.95€
- Spain Balearic Islands: 5.95€
- Spain Canary Islands + Ceuta and Melilla: 8.95€
- Portugal: 6.95€
- France: 10.95€
- Bélgica, Italia, Países Bajos, Reino Unido: 13,95€

The garment must be attached to its original labeling inside the box and, if applicable, with the gift we have included. Everything must be returned to us in the same condition it was recieved, and with no obvious signs of use.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

Download the exchange formhereand fill out the requested information.

Send us an email to devoluciones@g-lem.com with the completed form attached.

Prepare your package with a printed copy of the completed form inside. We will ship you a new item via our return service, in which a courier will deliver the new product** and collect the product you wish to exchange.

**If you do not provide the courier with the item you wish to exchange, the courier will not be able to provide you with the new item.

I WANT TO RETURN A PRODUCT.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

From the time you received your G·LEM garment, you have 14 business days to make a return and the price depends on the destination:

- France: 10.95€
- Belgium, Italy, Netherlands, United Kingdom: 13.95€

For hygiene and health protection purposes, we do not accept the return of hair scarves or masks.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

- Download the return formhereand fill out the requested information.

- Send us an email at devoluciones@g-lem.com with the completed form attached.

- Prepare your package with a printed copy of the completed form inside. A courier from a return service will come to pick up the item you wish to return.

¿CUÁNDO PODRÉ VER EL REEMBOLSO EN MI CUENTA?

Once we receive your package and confirm that the product is in its original condition**, we will approve the return and send you an email confirming you have been refunded. To fully process your return, it takes approximately 14 business days from the date we received your returned item.

You will recieve your refund via the same form with which you made your purchase, and to the same bank account associated with the aformentioned payment form. Remember: the time it takes from when we refund your purchase to when the money arrives in your account depends on your bank.

**G·LEM reserves the right to refuse returns requested or sent after the 14-day time period, or with items that are not in the same condition in which they were sent. If that is the case, we will send the garments back to you and reimburse you for any shipping charges.
